I went to the Bristol location and had the pleasure of working with Shannon K. She was not only prompt and knowledgeable but kind and patient. She helped me resolve what I needed to and calmed my nerves with her genuine kindness and patience. I cannot thank her enough for that- it meant the world to me. I hope she truly understands just how much her help and KINDNESS positively impacted me. She deserves a raise and a promotion - I hope her bosses see this!
Bank Newport is my neighborhood bank, which I love the convenience of, however lately there have been constant errors in my accounts. These are not small errors but large ones. Deposits in family accounts, miscommunications that are bank errors and pointed toward the customer. What happened to small neighborhood banking doing a great job? The employees all do their best every time to make things right and they do, but it's time consuming for me to run to the bank to make these corrections.
