Have banked with BankNewport for many years. Changed from Citizens Bank, one of the best changes I've ever made. The entire staff is GREAT , friendly and welcoming, either on the phone or when I walk in. Do most of my banking thru the app and no major problems at all. If need help, their corporate staff has always been concerned, helpful and responsive. Ask for Mapauli, she has always been super helpful with me. I highly recommend them and the Coventry Branch.
