Erica is awesome customer service and positive energy is unmatched and very knowledgeable.
I just left this location 30 minutes ago. I went into this Sun fresh store that has a Central Bank. I’ve never did any transactions at this location, but since it was 11:37 AM, I did not want to risk trying to find a different location because it’s a Saturday and most locations close at 12 so I decided to go in and one of the employees told me to use the ATM. Had an issue with my account! Erica at the blue parkway location was Amazing! She helped me figure it out and even Got back alot of fees for me! She was so helpful and just a really sweet down to earth person to deal with ! Great experience! Thank you Erica!
