I have been a customer of this bank since it was Sterling National. I would appreciate it if you could recognize Diana @ the Noland Rd. location for going above and beyond being professional and friendly. She is a great asset to your organization. She has helped me navigate many banking issues I have through the years. She is one of kind and should be treated with the utmost respect. I consider her a friend and surely would have many more difficulties without her. Salute.
2 weeks ago I walked here to get quarters, dont have an account, was able to do it with my ID no problem. Today I walk here again, only its a whole lot colder, and almost time for every bank in the area to close.... and after wauting in a very long line a completely different person wont give me quarters without an account. P LEASE someone explain to me what negative impact will happen if I Hand you a 20$ bill and you give me 2 rolls of quarters WITHOUT An account?! THAT OBVIOUSLY JUST BECAME AN ISSUE IN THE LAST 14 DAYS!!!!... read more
They close your account without notice and one of the employees put my sons $6000.00 into some other persons account… SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS… into someone else’s account.. if you don’t want a headache, don’t open an account here.
