I had some tough things to accomplish, but the teller that helped me (Samantha Carter) was FANTASTIC, and SUPER patient. I've banked with this institution since 1997, and things like today remind me why I'm still with them!
Like the spot. The ATM drive thru is small space to get in but accessible
I don't normally write reviews for places, but I have had the best customer service at this bank. Whenever I go into the lobby I either have no wait or very minimal wait. The associates are friendly and helpful. I have had only positive customer service experiences here. I used to do my banking at a larger bank, and I had to either wait in long lines or make appointments (and still have to wait a while) to get help. Central Bank has been the absolute best, and I can't recommend it highly enough.
This central bank location is the only one I’ll make my car payment at! The staff is always so kind, welcoming, and fast! Couldn’t recommend a bank better than this on! Thank you central bank <3
The Nickelodeon or New Kids on the Block Branch - Filed a debit card dispute form at this branch in late December. Now learning that it never got filed. Gal took it without signature but luckily I remembered not signing it and returned to sign it. Kids working at this branch. They don't know what they're doing. They don't even answer the phone even when their central calls them.
