Terrible time management for customer service. We sat at the drive through with no one greeting or checking-in for at least 5 minutes (after we initially pressed the call button) while they had 3-4 employees serving inside customers one after the next. Other drive-through customers waiting with us. It took another 10 minutes until someone finally came to provide service. At least the employee was responsive and apologized. They need more staff or to put up signs about wait times or something. I feel bad for the staff. But so... read more
