Very happy when they assist me to get my first bank account. They were friendly, good manners. Especially Lauren help me a lot .
We’ve been getting quarters for laundry for a year and all of a sudden you have to have an account for quarters. The teller was quite rude and unapologetic for their employees setting an apparently incorrect expectation for over a year. Very unhelpful—certainly won’t set up an account now.
