Weird that there's so many bad reviews for this place. Not sure if people have the right bank - I know the bank was bought a few years ago so who knows. For me, I've been with BankHometown in some way, shape or form for probably over 20 years now. I'm talking the old days, when they were called Hometown Bank, rather than BankHometown haha. Anyhow, this particular branch has always been great. I do probably 50% of my banking at this branch, and the other 50% at the Killingly branch (also great).
