I walked in needing a document notarized, not even being a member there, and within minutes they took care of it — no hassle, no attitude, just straight professionalism. Worst customer service I've EVER encountered in the span of my whole life. Have some basic human decency, I don't know who BankHometown is hiring for their customer service department. Never have I ever been on the phone with customer service worse than BankHometown—ridiculous that your workers are allowed to treat everyday normal people like this.
