A good convenient bank
Worst bank. Worst customer service. Worst experience ever. Lied about account I opened and charged me money to fix there mistake. Do yourself a favor and Stay Away!!!
Worst bank and customer service I’ve ever been to. First while waiting in lobby I saw two different customers get loud with teller that refused to help them. I must admit at the time I assumed the customers were wrong In acting out. Little did I know it was a sign of things to come. I was finally seen by the manager to renew a CD on a promotion they had. Been banking with them since 2018, Ive use mobile deposit forever to deposit my checks since I work an hour away and their banks aren’t open when I go into work and get out. Every single time, it’s a different time frame of when they’ll release my check. This time though, it’s been 4 days and my check still has not been released to me. I called and they told me midnight tonight, that makes almost 5 days of waiting for MY money to be released and that’s just ridiculous. Unacceptable.
