Christine, Kim, and the entire team are always responsive whenever I need something and consistently go out of their way to accommodate both my personal and business banking needs. Great people, great service, and always a pleasure to work with.
The service after the sale is as important as the service before. We moved out of the area (far out of the area) and when trying to close my accounts they stated I need to go in person or send a Notarized letter. In today's day and age a notarized letter to close an account is burdensome and relatively costly for something I can do just about anywhere else in the financial services space online or on the phone. Friendly staff. Always very helpful. And they treat my dog like a member of the staff every time we go.
Terrible customer service from this lady Sherry she’s absolutely brutal rude and extremely unprofessional she will give you an attitude for no reason and if she doesn’t want to help she won’t I had to go in and ask for a manger who ended up solving my issue of depositing a check made out to two individuals! Won’t bank here anymore
