Sara Pavao is a very intelligent and kind person! She helped me a lot with a difficult situation and was calm throughout! I recommend when you are in trouble, go and see her!!
Opened an account yesterday with Sara P., one of the branch assistants. She was super friendly and helpful, she remembered me inquiring about an account almost one month earlier, she explained the banking app to me, got my debit card the same day. If she is any indication of the type of customer service I can expect to receive at Bank5, then I think I made the right choice!
