Writing this review as I’m sitting here waiting for a manager. I can over hear a personal conversation she’s having with what looks like a non client, since there’s no paperwork or anything on the desk. Waited several minutes patiently after she had gotten a note on her desk most likely about me but she still didn’t pause her conversation to do a 1 minute task for me. Will not be continuing to work with this local bank.
If you like non-refundable fees, this is your bank.
Bank Five is literally the worst bank. I cannot fathom how you won’t be open the saturday or sunday after a holiday. So when do you expect to have people who work 8-5 monday through friday get their money if you are closed friday, saturday and sunday. Ridiculous
