Had an account here for 40 years. It was bought out and suddenly we had excessive fees for crazy things. Not a good place now.
This location must be an awful place to work, because I have rarely encountered such a miserable staff. Every time I've visited this branch, the employees are sullen, dead-eyed and act inconvenienced by the slightest question or request. They all behave as if they'd rather be anywhere else. If you're looking for a bank with friendly and courteous customer service where people enjoy their jobs, look elsewhere.
Drove all the way to this bank cause the hours for Saturday said they’ll be open till 1pm. Once I arrived, not a single person was there.
