Kaitlyn Evans at the main branch in Starkville is awesome. Needed service several times today and she helped so energetically. You must keep her. She is amazing.
Yet again another teller that does what they want because its either easier or quicker for them instead of using whats between their ears and doing what the customer requests. Very disappointing.
