Went in to pay off my cd loan. And just wanted to transfer the balance to my checking acct. Workers had absolutely no knowledge of what I was talking about. They had no idea what a cd loan is even. I had to wait 40 min for someone to come in from lunch and assist. Ridiculous.
I went last friday and was told one thing and went Monday and asked for the guy who promised me something. A new crew was there and the african lady was extremely rude like she weny out of her way to make me cry. And didnt care. Never will we visit this branch again!
Terrible customer service
Slow service, rude
Went to cash a check drawn on this bank from a local business and was told it was a $5 fee since I don't have an account. It was on this bank. I'm sorry but that is just theft in my view. Stealing money for something that was drawn on your business is just greedy as hell. Never doing anything with them again.
