Went to cash a check drawn on this bank from a local business and was told it was a $5 fee since I don't have an account. It was on this bank. I'm sorry but that is just theft in my view. Stealing money for something that was drawn on your business is just greedy as hell. Never doing anything with them again.
You’ll make a transaction, and it will take days for it show up on your account. No instant Venmo transactions. I never know how much money in my account because it stays on pending for 5-10 days.

Fast and reliable
First of all when they were own by Old Candence bank they took my mothers $1000 and put it in someone elses account, then gave her the run around for her own money but now, after she closed her account days ago, they let something try and come out of the closed account and charged her an overdraft fee for their mistake. The clerk was super rude with an attitude when my mother explained the situation, as if it was a hassle to help her. Never recommend.
