Sonya the bank manager in Carrollton assisted my grandmother setting a new account. Supposedly upon setting up direct deposit a number was missed and her previous account also at bank 1st was closed before making sure that the new account was verified causing her benefits to go back to Social Security. My grandmother has no money or access to any . We went back to the bank for a resolution. The system was down in Carrollton and Gordo did not want be involved.
