I have been doing all my checking account banking at Bank Financial in Joliet, since 1999. I have always enjoyed the great service from the Client Reps...Yesenia and Cheyenne are exceptional with customer service, Gerald is always at the door greeting you making you feel comfortable. The bank is so comfortable, clean, always festive for the time of year, great displays and wonderful banking options. Horrendous services. They do NOT compare or compete with any other bank. They are only a poor person bank who has no other options. I along with others will leave and close our accounts .
Went to Bank Financial on Larkin about an issue we were having with our account. Met with Mathew S. After reviewing everything, he was able to resolve our problem. He was courteous and professional in dealing with us. Great customer service thanks to Mathew!
Love that they know your name and face love the personal greetings they give kids love the snacks they leave out especially my kid
