It's impossible to talk to a real human being on the phone, during covid-19 this made using this bank a huge hassle as the lobby has just5 opened up again.
Worst bank I have ever been with. Constantly takes money out of account. Worst bank!!!!. I will be going to another bank for sure. To many small issues with this bank. Makes one big problem and for that I no longer will be with your company anymore.
