Cashier didn’t know how to order checks , long waits for bankers especially at lunch. Cashiers rude told another customer not to be like “me” ! No yelling , just inquired when is the best time to come where I can get service …
Do not bank at BankFinancial period especially the branch at Olympia Fields, IL. Gross incompetence and unprofessionalism from the branch manager down to the banker. I really can’t believe that they are allowed to handle money and other financial transactions. They create unnecessary red tape due to not knowing their job. My 9 year old child could operate and run that branch better than them. The Olympia Fields branch needs to suffer the same fate, like the Hazel Crest branch “permanently closed.” Beware of BankFinancial!!!!
The worst bank in the area. Do not bank here. Paltry interest rates, high fees. Take your business elsewhere. Try Ally, far better interest rates across the board, FAR less fees, no overdraft fees, and an online banking system that actually works, no atm fees.
