The worst bank in the area. Do not bank here. Paltry interest rates, high fees. Take your business elsewhere. Try Ally, far better interest rates across the board, FAR less fees, no overdraft fees, and an online banking system that actually works, no atm fees.
This is nothing against the location but Bank financial itself. Do not bank here! They do not protect your money and they will randomly lock your bank account and card with no notification. They will allow your account to go negative and continue to allow money to be taken out! DO NOT BANK HERE!
7/17/24... My mother is on a very strict fixed income. She was charged $10 fee. When I reached out to ask if the fee could be reversed, I was told there was nothing they could do. We have never asked for a fee reversal. I have never heard of a bank that outright refuses to give any customer a courtesy fee reversals. I'm going to take a guess & say this lack of customer service is why so many branches are closing. My apologies. This is not against this location, but Bank Financial in general.
