Been a customer since it was Downers Grove National Bank. On hold today with the 800 customer service # for a half hour...never answered...never answered online chat questions either...might be time for a change
absolutely terrible bank. horrible hours and charge for everything without telling you. $10 fee for a cashiers check and did not tell me found out when logged into my account.
