Where do I start , I was contacted by the bank manager Paul. Before I applied for anything I advised him of my business revenue and all. He assured me I would be approved for something as they approvals start at min 1k. So I applied he told me I would hear back Thursday . Called Thursday no answer but he was able to email me right I called . Very confused and disappointed that business should be handled via phone. I have been banking at BankFinancial since 1987 and I absolutely love coming to the Lincolnshire branch. All the staff is very friendly and super helpful especially Dorothy. I have been working with Dorothy for years and years and I am so lucky to be a customer of this bank and particularly of this location. Highly recommended this bank
