Been a customer for about 15 years but I'm going to end that soon and move to a credit union. Whenever my card is lost/stolen I either have to talk to someone from across the world I can barely understand or some angry women from Orland Park that hates her job. When I receive a fraud alert, you text me and say someone will call me. No one calls me. When I call in myself they state no one was supposed to call me.
