Shocking and inadequate place. Massively failed my elderly grandparent. Inconsistency throughout all the care, documentation and responses to questions asked by family. Staff including the manager barely speak/understand English. The home is not equipped for the residents needs and are understaffed. This home needs to be shut down. Would highly recommend avoiding unless you want your relative to die due to negligence or have multiple avoidable falls. Just to add this placement was entirely out of our hands.
My dad was in bankfield Manor for a short time before he passed The staff here were fantastic even though my dad was do reluctant too let them do anything they went out of there way for him and us as a family can't thank them enough
