Family member has been there for 2months. The staff are the same team and are fantastic. They are so kind and caring. The care home is having work done but has alot of space and always has things going on. Family member enjoys the home cooked food, at the previous care home refused to eat. Nothing but praise for Bankfield would highly recommend

I Was worried (from reading the previous reviews) when my Dad first moved here. But how wrong could i have been. The staff are amazing they go above and beyond and keep you informed as and when is needed. It is the same staff which is great for my Dad, he has built trust and amazing companions in them. The building is being reinvented but theirs plenty of space and lots of activities for the patients. Highly recommend

My dad has been in bank field for 4 months he is looked after very good food is freshly cooked staff are very polite and helpful my brother visits my dad every day and I visit 3 times a week all rooms are kept clean at times staff are very busy so at times patients have to wait to go to the toilet but this is expected to happen but they do get seen to overall this is a very nice place

Awful place, no staff around to care for the patients and when they do it’s half a job, speak to the visitors and patients like rubbish and have no patience at all and roll there eyes and shake there heads when someone doesn’t understand something, Don’t send loved ones here! Also there was a patient asking for help and a visitor had to help him sit down as no staff were around to help him.
