I've been a Bank ESB customer for over a decade and today the Granby, MA location proved yet again why I stay. Robyn (Assistant Senior Branch Manager) notorized sensitive documents for me today and she did so with patience and a lot of compassion. It's these moments that build the relationships that last. I’ve been visiting the bankESB branch in South Hadley regularly for the past few weeks to pick up change for the business I work for. Typically, I pick up pre-arranged change orders that our store calls in ahead of time, and in my previous six visits, I was never asked for identification beyond my name, as the orders were always prepared and ready for pickup. Everytime I come to this bank to get a change order for the business Christine always makes it a little more difficult for me. I ordered a small change order and she still took so much of my time when I have a buisness to run. At this point this has been multiple times she’s done this specifically to me as I send my employees there all the time and she never gives them a hard time. I feel a little discriminated against.
