They are so helpful and answer all my questions without belittling me like my questions are not important
I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at Bank Cherokee. I own a small property management business, so having eight accounts with them, I am constantly asking questions or for assistance. Staff is unfailingly courteous and prompt. This is the worst Bank I've ever been to horrible customer service. Bottom line, it's super ghetto they charge you to cash checks from their own bank and they want you to give your fingerprints because they have so much fraud. Disgusting. Please avoid. Ps. The manager was nice though.
No drive through attendant.. couldnt get a roll of quarters for laundry while i had covid.
