Sara Willett is a Highly disrespectful manager with absolutely NASTY, OUT OF CONTROL ATTITUDE, Argumentative, Belittling, Derogatory, Completely lacks customer service!!!! Went to the drive through to get some change for a twenty. Never been there before, There were no other cars in the drive through and it didn't look busy inside. I was asked if I was a customer there. Never been asked this anywhere in my 60 plus years of banking. Was told "I will do it this time but...' But what? Don't come back? No worries there.
Denise, Cathy, Sarah, and the nice gentleman who let me in when the lobby was locked, thank you so much for providing great service! So Denise and Cathy are at the other BankCherokee location and they explained to me about reactivating my savings account. Denise went above and beyond and called me again to let me know an easier way to reactive my account. I visited the BankCherokee up North and they were so nice in helping me with the activation! I highly recommend this bank! :)
