Never seen a bank operate so poorly
I really don’t know how this bank is still open. Lobby closed for 6 years is insane, you have to wait in line for them to take their sweet time. On top of that, all three women who usually work are rude. Sitting around taking no sense of urgency

Called ahead to check on their ability to cash savings bonds to non-members and was told they would, go the the bank and was told the only person who could would be gone for an hour. Waited an hour for the person to return only to be told they couldn’t do it and couldn’t tell me who I talked to on the phone and said I could.
