When I chose to go with the local, small town bank I did so because I was familiar with those who worked there and knew they were moral, honest people who if I ever encountered a problem I could go to the source and thru personal interaction, find a resolution. Well those moral, honest individuals are now gone and have been replaced by immoral, dishonest individuals who’s only response to ANY problem you may encounter is it’s your fault and never the bank or an employees, even when you present them with irrefutable evidence.... read more
The clerk that we dealt with (I didn’t get her name and she didn’t have a name tag) was unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. She demanded more paperwork than the Letters Testamentary to get answers on what happened with the bank account. I would never bank there if I lived here still. Very poor impression.
