The staff at the Hayden location is the absolute best and a major reason for why we have personal and business accounts with BankCDA. Highly recommend you stop in.
Absolutely terrible banking from the app, customer service, policies regarding availability of funds, transferring money, changing account information, debit cards....all of it. Go literally anywhere else.
Hands down, the best community bank I've ever worked with. Extremely friendly folks, easy to work with, and always very helpful. "Like banking used to be." I love my small town bank. I wish there were more stars than 5 to give, but this is what Google gave me.
