Started out great ended up being a pain enjoy the small town feel of the bank when they first opened but now that they've branched out things have changed can't access my own account even though I add somebody else and had to get permission they want me to get permission from the people that I added to access the cards absolutely absurd not to mention the problems with the online banking continuously
With unending patience from all staff I was in contact with, I was helped step by step through a difficult transaction. I truly appreciate their help without even any little sighs
The Kellogg office is very unprofessional. The new manager Dana is very rude and disrespectful. She feels it's important to gossip about people's bank accounts with other people, inside and out side of the bank. She makes it a point to make it hard on customers to bank at that location. We are moving banks immediately
