The guys at BankCard POS are always available to help when there are issues with our POS system. I work in a high paced environment, and as such, our POS systems take a great deal of abuse which occasionally lead to issues. I have had Brad at BankCard POS come out to fix the system at midnight on a Friday so I could get back online. I will never use or refer a company other than BankCard POS. Bankcard POS is an excellent merchant processing and POS company. They charge very competitive rates and also have excellent customer service. To me, those are two very important factors to consider when determining which merchant processor and/or POS system provider to utilize for one's business, and Bankcard POS checks the box on both.
