Bank2 in Oklahoma City has been the most incapable and dishonest bank i have ever worked with. They missed my close date twice due to them not getting paperwork done in time, however, they received paperwork they requested from me with in 4 hours every time. In the end they cost me hundreds of dollars due to a fee for missing closing, hotel rooms, and extra storage in the rental truck. when i asked them to cover the fee they blamed me for missing closing. these people had all the needed information with in hours of request a... read more
This business is not operated well at all. We paid off our mortgage on January 12 and they still took a payment out on January 16. I have been jumping through hoops with them since that time and it is January 31 and I still do not have my money back in my account! This is the 2nd time that something similar has happened and they are less than helpful. Their Customer Service is terrible. Do NOT use this bank!
