Excellent service; highest rate locally for CD's
Jeanette helps to facilitate long distance transactions and is amazingly patient and simplifies feedback suggesting what is best to benefit the customer! Really eases the stress of banking! THANK YOU! She is a “SUPERSTAR”🤩(Just wish Trustmark was located in GA too😇)
Very professional and friendly service
I write reviews after many experiences. I've not been pleased with the customer service at other local banks but this one is excellent. I like the no frills but "works well "software. That's all I really need anyway. The manager was able to open the account in less than an hour unlike another bank that I had to go back to several times because of their software problems. Anyway - I like this location too because they have a stoplight. That's a bonus! This was my personal experience at this bank.
