I write reviews after many experiences. I've not been pleased with the customer service at other local banks but this one is excellent. I like the no frills but "works well "software. That's all I really need anyway. The manager was able to open the account in less than an hour unlike another bank that I had to go back to several times because of their software problems. Anyway - I like this location too because they have a stoplight. That's a bonus! This was my personal experience at this bank.
The team at niceville is always helpful. Had some very frustrating issues because of corporate and Jennifer worked with me as much as she could to resolve it.
