The clerk tried to help me understand why both of my debit cards were hot-carded and that the only branch of this bank to have Saturday hours doesn’t include getting replacement cards. Lame excuses and disingenuous body language left me feeling like I should be looking for another bank. Customer service in this location pales in comparison to the branch I was first acquainted with after relocating to Florida from Georgia, the Mandarin branch.
