The customer service here is horrible. The representative I dealt with at the this branch had the nastiest attitude. Your bank didn’t even try to keep my business. Horrible!!
I am in the Conyers Branch regularly. The staff are wonderful. They are very attentive and professional. They call me by my name, very friendly. I have never had a problem with this bank and would recommend OZK. I enjoy going to this bank!
I love doing my banking at this location. The tellers and staff at this location are always friendly & helpful. I prefer to bank at this location above other branches that are closer to my home due to the quality of customer service I receive here. Special shout out to Summer for her excellent customer service at the drive through.
