I would just like to start out by saying I have been a customer of Bank OZK since they bought out Park Avenue Bank.I stopped at this location on Friday to deposit a check. The bank employee's were all very nice and helpful. I then asked to speak with a manager to help me with my account.Laura Carter took me into her office and took care of the issue no problem. This is the best Bank OZK in the state. Thank you for everything.
I stopped by this branch short notice a day before I underwent a very stressful medical procedure. I met Cimnamon the bank manager who went above and beyond duties to help actually finish my online bank application. Then proceeded to help me transfer my business bank home to Ozk. I’m extremely grateful to have my business and personal banking here. I really trust this institute to always stand up to exceed expectations. Thanks OZK Cinnamon is great ‼️
