I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Ozark Bank branch on Crowley Rd. since their first year of operation. Staff has always been friendly, professional and customer service oriented. Case in point, I live about 50 miles away from the branch location and the Branch Manager once went out of his way on his trip home to meet me so that we could complete some paperwork, which avoided my making another trip back to Crowley.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOTTTTTT BANK WITH THIS BANK. They’re VERY unprofessional, no one EVER knows what’s going on… None of the branches (or customer service number) interact or communicate with one another it’s ALWAYS a problem when you try to speak to someone you have to start ALL the way over and tell what you need help with ONLY for them to be clueless and not know how to properly do their job… DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, PATIENCE, or MONEY with this bank!!!
