Andrew did a really wonderful job helping me today. I nedeed his assistance with some tax preperation paperwork. He was patient, professional, but most of all, kind and caring. Thank you Andrew, for blessing me with a wonderful experience worth noting.
I have been with this bank, though 3 name changes. I do not use the branch on hospital dr due to them being slower than cold Malaysia. Today, 1/2/25 only had one teller in the building, and the manager could not be bothered to get on a lane to get people out of the building. Hopefully, this is not the new normal at this branch. I've been on site for 30 minutes. Normally it at most 5 for me to walk in even if they have one to two people ahead of me.
They don't answer the phone!
