Andrew Reggie and Imani are a blessing. Young vibrant and knowledgeable. It’s also a plus that they’re are bold in their Christian faith! it truly shows in how they care and treat every guest and the joyful environment they create.
Great service and great staff. The faces may change but the staff is always friendly. Imani always stands out as someone who is always smiling and willing to help assistant. Imani goes out of her way to help the customer!!
The Employees at the Douglasville location are amazing, every single one has a great personality as well as care for the customers especially Mr. Andrew. I have been with OZK for several years now and I have never been more happy with a bank. Inuse them both personally and for my business.
Absolutely the best banking team I’ve ever banked with. Andrew, Reggie, & Imani provide old time personalized banking services with all the technology of a big national bank. I really enjoy this bank and everyone thats work here. Highly Recommend. They always good beyond the mark.
They were great! I had a question and they were super helpful. Matthew addressed all my concerns and felt like he truly cared about helping. I got in quick and did not feel like just a number or that they only cared about getting quick business which is missing in other banks. One of the best banking experiences in awhile. Very impressed and appreciative!
