Not a very customer friendly bank. Bank employees not very knowledgeable nor helpful. If you family member that is an account holder and is near death, get the money out of there. This bank will be of little help. Find another bank.
Jasmine was a great representative .She was very detailed, and I am glad they have a Spanish speaking person that’s available to help the Spanish community . She was very kind and a great help .
I will start off by saying that Evan the manager did an excellent job communicating the issue and was completely on point with figuring out the issue but to no avail might I add. My grandfather who is almost 90 years old drove up to this location to set up a recurring wire transfer to my account last week. The wire transfer did no go through at the time it was designated to come out and everyone at the Bank of Ozarks was clueless. My bill was not able to be paid on time due to this error by the cluelessness.. they even wante... read more
