A year later and still love this bank. Cassey has gone above and beyond for my business this week. Thank you all over there on New Hope! ------- We moved to OZK from one of the "big banks". We set up our accounts in the Gastonia branch. Evan and his team have been very responsive to any questions and are just nice people to work with. It's nice to walk in and know the people with which you are banking.
This bank is the worst bank in america....always an excuse why they cant do something,ATMs always down....i swore if it wasnt so much trouble to change every i would have years ago but i will now....if your thinking of banking with them DONT!
