Small business owner here. I was recently thinking about opening an account here, but so glad I didn't. I needed change to put air in my car and it was closer for me to go to Bank OZK rather than TRUIST. Who I have several accounts with, personal & business. When I greeted the teller, she couldn't wait to smugly tell me I needed an account for them to provide change. What a ridiculous archaic rule. Some people will do anything to not do their job SMH. Glad I'm keeping my money with a different bank.

Great bank, great employees. Friendly fast and they know who u are when u walk in.
I am leaving to go out of the country in a few days. I go in to ask for a certain amount of money in that countries currency. They completely got the order backwards. Let’s just say they were way off by over $1,000. Also, their fee to deliver the money was $17 compared to Truist which is $10.
