Great bank, great employees. Friendly fast and they know who u are when u walk in.
I am leaving to go out of the country in a few days. I go in to ask for a certain amount of money in that countries currency. They completely got the order backwards. Let’s just say they were way off by over $1,000. Also, their fee to deliver the money was $17 compared to Truist which is $10.
The people are great- hands down. It took 3 days to open a simple free business checking account. I had to call customer service to have that account added to my business mobile app (it doesn't happen automatically). Then, the deposit limit on mobile banking is $2500/day- for a business, that is not enough. They claim it is to avoid fraud... Please... it is is a DEPOSIT into the account, and you won't let me use all that cash for 3 days anyways. My old bank was $10,000/day. The people are very friendly but this 'rule' is abs... read more
If your wanting atm services this is by far the worst atm there is. Either they're having technical difficulties or screen wont work..never fails..I have been there multiple times and always the same
