Tellers not very friendly. Branch manager however was very nice. 2 stars for the lack of a ‘hello, welcome to the bank of ozk’ . Set a negative tone. A simple greeting goes along way.
Absolutely amazing experience at this branch. All the ladies here are super helpful and friendly, and make this bank feel like family. If you're looking for a great Southern hometown experience, the kind that is rare nowadays, this is the branch to visit! Special shout-out to Cat, Savannah, and the branch manager Amy! You ladies are fantastic! Thanks to these ladies my daughter feels that going to the bank is her favorite errand!
Cat, Chelsie and Savannah make coming into the bank easy. Honestly I’d rather come in than go through the atm because they are always so inviting and eager to help me out! I love going through Tina’s line as well! Everyone is so nice to my daughter and it just makes my day a little better even tho I’m pulling out all my money to pay bills lol they make it fun
