ZONDRA IS PHENOMENAL! SHE IS EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH... OPENED MY ACCOUNT AND MADE SURE I HAD ALL I CAME IN FOR. OFFICE SMELLS GREAT AND SHE IS PERSONABLE!
This is not a branch I've ever visited before but they're terrible. Went in to try to make a withdrawal from my savings account and even with two forms of ID plus my bank ozk card the branch manager refused my funds on the basis of I didn't have power of attorney. Power of attorney doesn't affect me withdrawing funds from an account that I own. Highly under qualified managerial staff.
