I came to this location last week, and it will be my last time. The people working were extremely rude. Very bad attitude! Do better. Not everybody knows everything about your bank. That’s why we ask questions. Sorry to bother you all. Won’t do it again.
This is probably the best bank of OZK branch that there is. Compared to what I have to deal with in Florida, I was blown away by the friendliness of all the associates there. I spoke with a guy named Nick, who was very thorough with explanations And a true gentleman. I recommend this place to everyone.
It's only bank in town with extra large safety deposit boxes.
Everyone at BK OZK has been very nice and helpful! Nick McGovern, the Mgr at this location was extremely helpful and explained all of the wonderful services the bank has to offer.
If you haven’t used Bank OZK, you really need to give it a try! Everyone is friendly. Nick, the Manager, is helpful and takes time to explain everything in detail. I haven’t been treated so well at a bank in years!
