I been using this bank for years but this branch is the worst the girl with purple hair is horrible she has 0 knowledge 0 customer service and 0 attitude couldn’t help with simple task of stopping mailing statements and anytime you speak with her she shows you she is not happy with this job !
We recently had some fraud on our accounts. Elda helped us get through this with so much patience and kindness and concern. Never have we had such terrible customer service. Went in to change an IRA with my parents, that matured but at a low rate because they weren't aware of the maturity date. We were handed off to a " relationship specialist" because Kevin washed his hands of us, claiming he can come across rude, infact, and wanted us to have the best experience. Kevin is the best. I have dealt with him for a couple of years now, and he knows what he is doing. There are always issues with other peoples money, but Kevin seems to have that customer service touch.
My first visit to Bank OZK. I had a check to Cash from a local title company. I’m not an account holder for Bank OZK. So I called them to see if they could cash the check without any additional fees. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very polite and helpful and he advised me that they could. So I went to the bank on nursery Road in Clearwater, and Kelly the teller at Bank 0ZK was very helpful and very thorough about making sure she did the transaction correctly.
