I always drive thru to the window to do my transactions, and Anita that works there is so nice and friendly and very helpful.
We visit this branch often. Malinda is a wonderful teller that serves us often. I love her warm, excited, fun personality. She is very professional even through the laughter. She is fast, precise, throrough and efficient completing transactions. We look forward to her serving us when we visit the branch. She answers questions we have with confidence.
Melinda has been taking care of our business needs since before it was Bank OZK. She has been the biggest blessing to us. I call and she takes care of us!
I love this bank! Everyone at this branch could not be nicer or friendlier. I've had several bad experiences with other institutions in town but here you'll feel appreciated and cared for! Melinda is my go to employee and will be more than happy to help you in any way, soooo... "leave the rest and come to the best!"
