Have been trying to meet with a loan officer at this location for over two weeks. When I've gone in I have been told to call and make an appointment. Today I tried to do so. An employee named "Kelly" was quite rude over my request to make an appointment as I was instructed to do by the branch. Telling me I can not make an appointment and I just have to try my luck and hope there's a loan officer on location when I go in.
