Professional and friendly staff. Never a problem with service, staff goes out of their way to help all customers.
I have had an account for a few months plus that i opened for my sode business. My husband opened one a little over a week and went to the branch to do a wire transferand for some reason flagged the fraud department. So not only did it freeze his account but mine as well. He is listed on my account but still doesn't explain why they froze mine. My account has been froze all week. My husband called again today several times with no call back. This is unacceptable not to mention unprofessional. Avoid this bank at all cost!
