Met all my expectations for a drive up bank.

Used the drive thru ATM. Pressed the 40.00 cash withdrawal button on the screen. A receipt printed out that I was trying to withdraw 100.00, insufficient funds. ATM offered an option to change the amount, I pressed 40.00 AGAIN. Cash and card returned. I was charged 6.00 for "two" transactions, and 1.00 overdraft fee (I use a different bank, btw). Went inside to talk to Sarah at the front desk. She made a phone call to Laura who told her "there is nothing we can do, you have to dispute the charges with your bank." I asked her... read more
