If I could leave 6 stars for Steven, I would. I recently moved to Lawndale from a big city and I have never experienced such astounding service from any bank EVER. He is very personable, greets me by my name at the door, and always leaves me with a smile.

Just opened an account recently. The process was quick and simple, and I even had a great conversation while waiting. I’d give six stars if I could.
I started trying to open a savings account on January 12, 2022, for a local business at the OZK Bank on S. Lafayette Bank. After a few weeks of NOTHING happening I went to the Lawndale Branch. Boy I have got that HOMETOWN Experience!!! Just a big bank that don't care about the little guys! Here we are February 25, 2022, and still no account!
