The absolute best bank experience we've had! All the employees are so friendly and accommodating. My kids even ask to go see Sabrina at the bank.

I’m not sure why all the negative reviews but the staff here in my experience are all five stars! Madeline and staff have always been prompt and courteous, and they are a credit to themselves and Bank OZK. On the other hand, the staff at the downtown branch are complete polar opposite. To include the new bank manager that they have. I am so tired of having to chase up a simple inquiry and being dismissed and blown off, not getting a response for weeks and weeks and then finally when I do it’s basically just an empty apology ... read more
