After spending nearly 3 hours trying to get someone via phone over a 3 day period with issues i had with the account, i was able to drive to the bank while in "que" for over 30 min, so fed up with them between the long hold times and poor customer service i would recommend taking your business elsewhere like i had to do.

My husband and I opened checking, money market and a couple of CDs with BankOZK. Did it for the high interest rates paid at the time. After the interest rate promo was over we wanted to transfer the bulk of the money out of this bank. We had ALOT of money in these accounts and were told we could transfer only $2500 a day out of our account to another bank. We were very open to the representative about our plans when we opened the account. They offered to wire transfer for a fee, not what we expected. So we closed the account... read more
