Every time I go in the Mocksville, NC Bank OZK branch they make me feel like family! I never thought I would say I enjoy adulting and going to the bank. The manager, Erin, knows what she is doing and you can tell her team does too! Erin, Melissa, Susan, Lili, Lindsay, Pam, Mary, and Brenda thank you for always making each time coming to the branch fun!
I absolutely love Bank OZK. I have accounts with multiple financial institutions and Erin and her team at the Mocksville OZK are head and shoulders above their competitors. I have several accounts with this bank and with a good sum of money and when I call I always get the run a round and is treated rude. The new manager (Erin) is terrible at customer service. She is always in a meeting and never returns phone calls either. At least the other managers would call you back.
Very difficult to get service by phone or online. The branch is understaffed. It takes days to get a call back, then they forget or ignore the customer's instructions. It can take literal weeks to accomplish something that should take a few minutes.
Michaela is awesome. She needs to come back to lexington branch so i dont have to drve as far.
