I love my hometown bank! Bank OZK in Mocksville has been my bank for over 20 years. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Lili (at the drive through) always asks about my family and has the sweetest smile. I highly recommend!
Went through the drive through yesterday and was greeted by "Lili" She is so friendly and personable. Always makes me smile while I am there. Even if we walk inside the bank, she says hi and waves. she is professional but always makes us feel welcome and appreciated. What a joy to see her every time we are there!
